We are promoting a new development to our existing caravan park. All 10 pitches have
views of the River Brue and the somerset countryside.

caravan.

Situated on plot 25, this caravan has a great open view from the lounge over the River Brue. All furnishings are from
new. Upon entering the caravan you are greeted with an open plan living area of lounge, dining area and kitchen.

The lounge has semi-fixed furniture (chairs and tv cabinet are loose). The sofa has the option of a pull-out bed,
making the caravan six berth. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs with easy access to the kitchen.

The kitchen has ample storage cupboards and worksurface with a full size cooker/grill/oven and extraction facilities
and an integral fridge freezer and larder cupboard.

A small corridor takes you to the bathroom and two bedrooms. The main bathroom has a full size shower, basin and
toilet.

The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, double bed and ensuite toilet facilities. It has a stylish bay window which
is kept private by the position of the shed. The second bedroom is the twin bed, with ample storage facilities. All
bedrooms have the original bed linin.

This holiday home has the advantage of a 11 month season, central heating, pan tile roof and double glasing. As
added extras, the caravan comes complete with storage shed and a decked walkway leading to a seating area
over looking the river.
