Visitors are permitted – however, they must:
  • Be a member of family
  • No causal visitors (as yet, updates will be inline with government guidance)
  • Only 1 family bubble at one time
  • Remember the guidance about social distancing and protecting yourselves and others.
Communal Spaces
  • These are free for all to use
  • Park Benches and tables will not be regularly disinfected
  • The laundry will be operational and will be cleaned regularly

IF THERE IS A LINK TO COVID-19 ON THE PARK WE WILL USE THE ANPR SYSTEM AS BASIS OF YOUR STAY AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU SHOULD THE SITUATION OCCUR.  PLEASE CAN YOU ENSURE WE HAVE THE REGISTRATION NUMBER OF ANY VISITORS TO YOUR CARAVAN.

PRE ARRIVAL PROCESS

All Bookings will be requested for the vehicle registration number(s) and a Telephone Number.  We operate ANPR on the access gates and this will be enforced, reducing the need for gate cards/fobs.

Your name and telephone number will be kept on record for 21 days after your visit incase there is a track and trace requirement during your period of holiday.  THIS IS NEW GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES!

ON ARRIVAL

Unless your pitch number is known, please call 07946 178022 for assistance and direction.  We will attempt to maintain a better presence in the office, however this cannot always be achieved.

PAYMENT – full payment before arrival is desired, however not essential.  Contactless payments are accepted upto a value of £30.  THE CARD MACHINE WILL BE DISINFECTED BETWEEN EACH USE.  We will also continue to accept cash.

ALL interactions will be conducted OUTSIDE the reception building or at your pitch.  THERE IS NO ADMITTANCE into the office/reception.

DURING YOUR STAY

Please adhere to government guidance on social distancing

NO TOILET FACILITIES are provided by ourselves – THEY ARE CLOSED.  We request that you use your own self-contained facilities.

Please wash your hands after touching the water and electric points – these are NOT sanitised.

Elson/Chemical Toilet points – Sanitisation stations are available to use before and after entering the areas.  They are non-alcoholic liquid formula.

Communal seating will not be sanitised as they are all located outside for your convenience.  They are free and available to use if you so wish.

We are NOT providing any tourism information or communal reading material at this time.

IF YOU BECOME ILL during your stay and suspect it is COVID-19

Please can you contact the office by calling 01278 786326 (leaving a message if no answer).  If it is possible to do so, please vacate your pitch with all belongings and rubbish and return home.  If this is NOT possible, please state this in your message and we will contact you via phone with further details.  DETAILS are available on the wall at reception.

WE WILL BE ENFORCING THIS.

Leave your pitch CLEAN and TIDY, ensuring all rubbish and PPE are removed and disposed of in an appropriate manner.

DEPARTURE PROCESS

If you have been given a gate card/fob, please return these via the letterbox at the office.  We will ensure that each card is disinfected before you.

ALL departures are expected before 11am unless a late stay has been booked.  WE WILL BE ENFORCING THIS.

Leave your pitch CLEAN and TIDY, ensuring all rubbish and PPE are removed and disposed of in an appropriate manner.
